**Give4Marion Prize Rules**
1. **Nonprofit Eligibility**: To be eligible for Give4Marion prizes, participating nonprofits must be in good standing with both the State of Florida and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at the time of Give4Marion. They must also be registered participants in Give4Marion and have paid their registration fee and all verifications required by Stripe.
2. **Compliance with Prize Hour Rules**: Nonprofits participating in Give4Marion's prize hours must adhere to all rules and guidelines specified for each prize hour, as announced by Give4Marion organizers. “Most Individual Donors”: nonprofit with the most number of donors during the hour. “Most Donations”: nonprofit receiving the most amount of donations during the hour. “Most Dollars Raised”: nonprofit receiving the most amount of money in the hour. “Furthest Away Donation”: geographically marked from the address of the donor to the Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion County address.
3. **Matching Moments Verification**: Matching moments will be determined by the digital time stamp at the moment the donation is processed on the Give4Marion platform. Participants are advised to consider potential variations in WIFI connection speeds and plan their fundraising efforts accordingly.
4. **Audit and Verification**: An audit will be conducted for each Power Hour by the Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion County, and verification will be performed by GiveGab. This audit will include reviewing the matching moments and other eligibility criteria. Participants may be asked to provide proof of offline donations, including internal matches, if necessary.
5. **Chance Drawing Prizes**: All chance prize drawings will be randomly selected to ensure fairness & integrity.
6. **Right to Audit**: The Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion County and GiveGab reserve the right to conduct audits and request proof of offline donations, internal matches, or any other relevant documentation to verify compliance with prize rules.
7. **Distribution of Donations**: The Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion County does not retain any percentage of the donations made through the Give4Marion platform during the 33 hours of giving. All donated funds go directly to the designated nonprofits, as intended by the donors.
These rules are established to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance during Give4Marion, promoting a positive and impactful giving experience for all participants.
